Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Specialist. This role involves collaborating with product managers and technical teams to design, develop, and maintain IVRs, call flows & reports.

The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in information technology, ITIL/ITSM, and/or technical operations, preferably at a high growth start-up. They will be responsible for managing phone numbers (DIDs) and maintaining carrier relations while being mindful of telecom regulations.

Additionally, the Technical Specialist will provide day-to-day support to employees; address technical questions, troubleshoot issues with vendors, and provide coaching on our IT systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive hands-on experience in information technology, ITIL/ITSM, and/or technical operations
  • Thorough experience with Cloud enablement of contact centre solutions
  • Experience architecting and designing complex queuing/routing, call flows, conversational flows for a complete customer journey
  • Experience in implementing capabilities including but not limited to: softphone, analytics, call recording, workforce management
