Job Title: Lead Technical Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Technical Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for advanced engineering concepts.



About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role in designing and implementing novel mineral processing technologies.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Optimization: Undertake detailed engineering design tasks to optimise processes, ensuring safe designs and reduced operational costs.
  • Technology Development: Collaborate with management and engineering teams to develop and test new technologies.
  • Process Management: Compile Process Flow Diagrams and associated mass and energy balance calculations.


Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in hydrometallurgy, industrial process or battery chemical processing background is highly advantageous.
  • A degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy or equivalent, recognised by Engineers Australia.
