Procurement and Store Management Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee procurement and store management activities at our operational assets in South Australia.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the onboarding of suppliers, process procurement requests, and coordinate orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, arrange annual stocktakes, and resolve discrepancies in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Receive goods into stores, assist with unloading, and record receipt items in the CMMS.
  • Support outage planning and execution by coordinating contractor requirements.
  • Collaborate with Accounts and Finance on purchasing, inventory, and receiving processes.

Requirements:
  • Forklift License required.
  • A can-do attitude and self-motivation are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is necessary.
  • Experience in energy, mining, utilities, or heavy industrial plant environments is highly regarded.
  • Knowledge or experience with procurement and inventory management is desirable.
