**About the role**:
We are seeking a strategic thinking and experienced Procurement Manager to lead our dynamic procurement team in a fast-paced electronics environment. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for sourcing materials globally, managing a diverse range of suppliers, and ensuring the seamless flow of goods that drive our innovation.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Lead and mentor a high-performing procurement team to achieve company goals.
- Develop strategic direction of Codan's procurement function that align with our supply chain vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, local and overseas manufacturing team, and finance, to meet new product development timelines.
- Ensure that goods, materials, and services are procured in accordance with specified quality, delivery and compliance requirements.
- Analyze market trends, supplier performance and risk factors to proactively adapt procurement sourcing strategies in the rapidly evolving environment.
- Ensuring the most appropriate procurement processes and systems are adopted to enhance transparency, speed and accuracy in procurement operations.
- Conducting market analysis to ensure competitive pricing and supply reliability.
- Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

**To be successful for this role you will have**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or similar.
- Previous experience as a Procurement or Supply Chain Manager in a manufacturing company. An electronics manufacturing background is highly advantageous.
- Proven experience managing, leading, and mentoring a team of high performing procurement professionals.
- Strong experience in delivering cost efficiencies across the procurement portfolio.
- Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP, procurement tools (SAP Ariba is highly desirable) and data analytics using Power BI or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
