Administration Officer Opportunity at Opal HealthCare

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administration Officer to join our team at Killarney Vale Care Community. As an Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales and administration function within the Care Community.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. They will also possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time opportunity based in Killarney Vale Care Community, Monday to Friday.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the sales and admissions process runs smoothly, conducting tours of the facility, and proactively managing sales enquiries.
  • Your key responsibilities will include building meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders, maximizing occupancy, and supporting the implementation of approved marketing events.
  • You will also be responsible for assisting with processing of fortnightly staff payroll, accounts payable and receivable processing, petty cash and invoicing, and assisting with client services and general enquiries.
  • In addition, you will assist with recruitment processes, including drafting employment contracts, and perform other administration duties as required.
