Duty Manager Position

Our Airline Lounge business in Sydney seeks an experienced Duty Manager to oversee all lounge services and maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as the manager on duty, responsible for overseeing all lounge services during shifts
  • Serve as the liaison between our team and clients when required
  • Supervise supervisors & team leaders, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to service standards
  • Collaborate with Key Account managers on rostering, daily operations, and stock control as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Own reliable transportation is preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards
  • Punctuality, reliability, and trustworthiness are essential
  • A safety-focused mindset is crucial
  • Professional appearance and well-groomed demeanor
  • Strong communication skills, high energy, and a goal-oriented focus contribute to team success
