Front Desk Assistant

We have a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant community, connecting with residents and visitors. As the first point of contact, you will provide exceptional customer experience.
This is a permanent part-time role working Monday-Friday 9-4:30pm.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including reception duties, greeting residents & visitors, and ensuring common areas are inviting.
- Assist with mail distribution, creating newsletters, ordering supplies, and coordinating events.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including prospective residents, contractors, and colleagues.
- Complete administration checklists and ad-hoc tasks delegated by the Community Manager.
Required Skills:
- Experience in customer-facing Administration or Reception roles (retirement villages, tourism, medical, corporate offices, hospitality).
- Intermediate computer skills and adaptability to learn new software.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate work, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Certified Police Check, valid Car License, and two COVID-19 Vaccinations.
