As the **Receptionist,** your primary responsibilities will include managing client appointments, adjusting bookings to optimise daily schedules, and supporting team coordination. You will also assist with staff rosters, inventory management, and ordering essential spa supplies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients warmly and deliver outstanding front desk service
- Adjust and optimise bookings to meet the needs of the business
- Assist in preparing and updating staff rosters
- Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain accurate client and booking records
- Process client check-ins, payments, and rebookings
- Assist with regular stocktakes of spa supplies and retail products
- Place orders for treatment supplies and front-of-house essentials as needed
- Keep the reception area clean, welcoming, and well-organised

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a spa, salon, or hospitality reception role preferred
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Confident in using booking systems and computer skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
- A team-focused, proactive, and professional attitude

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
