About The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for an Organization and Methods Analyst to join Programmed, working at our head office in Burswood.

This integral role supports driving efficiency and customer satisfaction by analyzing, evaluating, and improving business processes.

You will help support our clients in identifying shortcomings, developing strategies, and implementing solutions to optimize resource use and resolve operational challenges.

About You

Previous experience in a similar role within the Facilities Management sector is required.

Experience in business process improvement and consulting, skilled in stakeholder engagement and managing change initiatives, proficient in project management and workflow analysis, and a strong background in documentation, reporting, and work studies are essential.

Familiarity with regulatory standards and data analysis for decision-making, proficiency in analyzing and interpreting metrics to drive performance improvements, and experience in leading digital transition and transformation processes using project management methodologies are also required.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail, are necessary for this role.



Key Responsibilities
  1. Assisting and encouraging the development of objectives, strategies, and plans aimed at achieving customer satisfaction and the efficient use of organizations' resources.
  2. Discussing business and organizational shortcomings with clients.
  3. Analyzing and evaluating current systems and structures.
  4. Directing clients towards more efficient organization and developing solutions to organizational problems.
  5. Undertaking and reviewing work studies by analyzing existing and proposed methods and procedures.
  6. Recording and analyzing organizations' workflow charts, records, reports, manuals, and job descriptions.
  7. Preparing and recommending proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter workflows, redefine job functions, and resolve organizational problems.
  8. Assisting in implementing approved recommendations, issuing revised instructions and procedure manuals, and drafting other documentation.
  9. Reviewing operating procedures and advising of departures from procedures and standards.
