About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Customer Protection (Fraud) team. As a key member of our Leadership table, you will play a critical role in shaping our Financial Crime Risk (FCR) strategy and driving innovation in fraud risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across our Fraud functions, reporting to the Head of Customer and Threat Protection.
  • Develop and implement our next 3-year strategy to deliver leading customer protection and financial crime operational services to the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Group.
  • Guide, coach, and enable the Customer Protection Fraud teams to deliver a quality, high-performance, and customer-focused service.
  • Champion clear appetite statements, industry best practice in operational management, standards, training, and threat mitigation across the Group's financial crime control environment.
  • Support the provision of clear insights and reporting to the Board and Executives of the Group regarding the performance of the financial crime framework against formal Fraud risk appetite statements.
