Role Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Assistant Development Manager to support our property development team. In this role, you will work alongside multiple managers on projects that encompass both land subdivision and constructed outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and feasibility studies for diverse projects.
- Engage in procurement processes and manage relationships with contractors and consultants.
- Collaborate with end users to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare detailed and accurate monthly project reports.
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Valuations, Engineering, Town Planning, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience post-graduation.
- Experience in land or building projects, including construction and civil works, is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the development process, including planning, approvals, and project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A solid work ethic and a positive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
