In this position, you will be responsible for analysing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
You will also collaborate with various teams to drive change and prevent problems, building strong relationships with operators and maintenance technicians along the way.
As a leader in this field, you will have the opportunity to launch your career in the Continuous Improvement space, working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and find solutions
- Collaborate with various teams to implement changes and prevent problems
- Build strong relationships with operators and maintenance technicians to drive solutions
- Lead projects to improve processes and efficiency
- Identify opportunities to save costs and improve results
- Ensure our operations meet high standards for quality and safety
- Cover tasks for other team members as needed
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with data analysis and performance metrics, with the ability to drive insights and recommendations
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Kaizen) (preferable)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field (preferable)
- Experience in a manufacturing or operations environment (preferable)
- Eligibility to work in Australia with full working rights.
