Job Overview:

This role is responsible for providing coordination and administration support to the People & Culture Department, Remuneration & Benefits support, and assisting across the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a P&C Team in a medium to large sized organisation, with a strong understanding of P&C guidelines and practises.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing workforce administration assistance across the employee lifecycle (recruitment support, on-boarding, induction and off-boarding)
  • Assisting in managing and administering employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policy
  • Providing daily management of both the People & Culture & Employee Benefit inbox, providing timely responses to queries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing general P&C administration including SAP administration, Success Factors administration, intranet updates and ad-hoc P&C projects
  • Coordinating P&C reporting through Success Factors for monthly, quarterly and adhoc reports

Requirements:

  • Motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a P&C Team in a medium to large sized organisation
  • Strong understanding of P&C guidelines and practices
