Establish yourself as a skilled Emergency Evacuation Diagram Specialist with our reputable organization, renowned for delivering comprehensive training and safety solutions throughout NSW and the ACT.
As an integral part of our team, you will collaborate with major clients across various industries, including schools, hospitals, aged care facilities, and commercial premises. Your key responsibilities encompass creating Emergency Evacuation Diagrams, Fire Hydrant Block Plans, and other vital plans to ensure property and people are safeguarded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design initial floor plans, refining diagrams and collaborating with colleagues to finalize designs.
- Proofread finalised floor plan designs against actual designs, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Manage administrative tasks, including invoicing, scheduling, and general clerical duties.
- Provide support and assistance to team members as required, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders, promoting open communication.
Requirements:
- Basic design or drafting experience, with proficiency in CAD software.
- Computer literacy, encompassing Microsoft Office, CAD, and PlanStudio software.
- Exposure to emergency management standards, highly desirable.
- Reliability, commitment to high work standards, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, with a great attitude and willingness to learn.
