**Job Title:** Emergency Preparedness Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to join our team as an Emergency Preparedness Coordinator. This is a key role that requires strong knowledge of emergency preparedness principles, fire safety compliance, and high-level organisational and administrative capability.

This full-time position is located at our main campus. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging face-to-face emergency training across multiple campuses, creating and maintaining evacuation diagrams, coordinating our network of emergency wardens, and supporting fire safety measure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging, face-to-face emergency training across multiple campuses.
  • Create and maintain evacuation diagrams across the estate.
  • Coordinate our network of emergency wardens – from recruitment and training to ongoing engagement.
  • Support fire safety measure compliance.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of emergency preparedness principles and fire safety compliance.
  • High-level organisational and administrative capability.
  • Experience interpreting legislation and applying it to operational contexts.
  • A collaborative, calm and solutions-focused approach.
