Job Title: Logistics and Warehouse Assistant – Expression of Interest

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics and Warehouse Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting logistics and warehouse operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

About the Role:
  • Support logistics and warehouse activities efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory
  • Organise transportation routes and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Prepare shipping documents, bills of lading, and invoices
  • Work with vendors and logistics providers to ensure cost-effective transportation
  • Track and monitor shipments, troubleshoot and resolve any issues
  • Lift and move inventory, conduct regular stocktakes
  • Organise and maintain the warehouse layout to optimise space and efficiency
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised, and compliant with safety regulations
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods, prepare orders for shipment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, effective communication skills
  • Ability to manage logistics and warehouse activities efficiently
  • Previous experience in a similar role (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems (nice to have)
  • Proactive attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Eligibility: must have full working rights in Australia
