We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our dedicated team as a Disability Support Professional.

About The Role:

This role offers daily challenges and the chance to truly impact the lives of people living with disabilities. As a Disability Support Professional, you will provide essential assistance to our high-needs clients, aiding with personal care and daily tasks.

You will support clients who use wheelchairs and have additional medical needs, ensuring they receive the necessary care. Our team promotes autonomy and supports residents around the clock, fostering independence within a shared living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care and daily tasks
  • Support clients with wheelchair usage and additional medical needs
  • Promote autonomy and foster independence within a shared living environment

About You:

  • Confident in engaging with clients effectively, building positive relationships, and supporting their unique needs
  • Resilient and self-assured, able to work with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks and demonstrating problem-solving abilities
