Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide care and companionship to an individual with a disability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Domestic Assistance: Assist with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene, showering, and dressing.
  • In-home Care Services: Provide daily tasks, personal hygiene, and dressing assistance.
  • Mealtime Management: Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
  • Medication Assistance: Help with medication management and administration.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Disability Care: Hold a relevant qualification or be willing to obtain one.
  • Working With Children's Check: Must have a valid Working With Children's Check.
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate: Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • Driver Licence: Possess a valid driver's licence and have access to a car.
  • Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate: Must have a valid Covid-19 vaccination certificate.
  • Police Check: Have a valid police check.
