Key Role Information

The role of Branch Staff is a vital part of supporting essential industries and helping trade customers obtain the materials they need to work effectively every day.

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch and vehicles, handling over-the-counter retail trade sales and customer quotes, delivering exceptional customer service, picking orders, warehousing and stock control activities, embracing company values, policies and procedures, and being a supportive team member.

This is a permanent, full-time role that offers a variety of tasks across the week, ensuring no two days are ever the same.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the branch and vehicles
  • Handle retail sales and customer inquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Pick orders and manage warehouse and stock control activities
  • Adhere to company values and policies
  • Support colleagues as a team player
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • No prior industry experience is necessary
  • Excellent customer service skills, along with confidence, initiative and enthusiasm
  • Clean driving license and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work safely and be a team player
