Job Title:

Branch Operations Manager - Brisbane Team Lead.

We are seeking an experienced branch leader to oversee our Brisbane operations and drive team success in Woolloongabba office. As a key member of our leadership team, you will report directly to the QLD Regional Manager.

  • Ensure effective management of branch financial indicators for long-term sustainability and growth.
  • Develop and implement sales and account management strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Cultivate a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and attracts top talent.
  • Elevate compliance with internal policies and procedures as a standard practice.
  • Maintain a robust candidate supply pipeline (Support Workers) aligned with demand and industry standards.

About You

To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with experience managing branches in NDIS Support Services, preferably with direct service delivery to NDIS participants. A background in SIL is beneficial. Requirements include:

  • Proven leadership capabilities, including experience motivating teams and enhancing culture.
  • Strong commercial acumen and P&L management expertise.
  • A valid driver's license.
