  • As a Commercial Strategist, you will be responsible for converting referral applications from clients in a fast and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Speaking with customers to understand their needs and requirements
  • Reviewing credit applications submitted by clients for creditworthiness
  • Assessing credit applications accurately and efficiently to determine the most suitable lender based on client needs and requirements
  • Selling LMG Asset Finance services to clients, including finance and insurance products within regulatory guidelines
  • Maintaining high standards of professionalism at all times with clients, lenders, insurers, and colleagues
  • Providing exceptional customer service and keeping partners and clients informed throughout the process
  • Accessing lender systems to submit, update, or check the status of applications, upload documents, and generate loan contracts
  • Communicating with vendors to arrange invoices as required
  • Offering general advice to clients on insurance products they may qualify for
  • Achieving daily productivity KPIs
  • Undertaking other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or company

Risk Management:

  • Ensuring adherence to lender and insurer policies and guidelines at all times
  • Reviewing Anti-money Laundering compliance documents for accuracy and potential fraud
  • Verifying vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance
  • Conducting work practices in accordance with finance compliance requirements
  • Identifying and reporting non-compliance instances appropriately
  • Understanding and maintaining National Consumer Credit Protection Act compliance at all times

Requirements:

  • 12+ months experience in commercial or asset finance
