About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Receptionist to join our boutique accounting firm located in Malvern. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Update and maintain the client database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office on behalf of clients, responding to general enquiries and notifications
- Prepare and send letters and other documentation as required
- Schedule meetings and ensure meeting rooms are available
- Order stationery and consumables as needed
- Perform other administrative tasks as required by the accountants and partners
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in public practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
