As a Registered Nurse, you will work out of the Wellness Centre, collaborating with Home Companions and the Dementia Support Consultant to ensure residents receive excellent health care.
- You will assess, monitor, and treat residents, applying your clinical skills and knowledge to their specific needs.
- Our village model encourages residents to attend appointments at the Wellness Centre, ensuring the delivery of appropriate, effective, and safe care that meets their health, social, and psychological needs.
- You will partner with residents in their ongoing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring they receive individually specific care for their health and wellbeing.

Your Qualifications and Skills
- Registered Nurse - current AHPRA registration.
- Demonstrated competence, clinical skills, and knowledge to assess, monitor, and treat residents.
- Current knowledge of Australian Aged Care Quality Standards and aged care related legislation.
- Experience working with aged people living with dementia is preferred.
