The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Anaesthetist to join our team in Darwin, where you will have the chance to work with a diverse range of patients and be part of a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality anaesthetic care to patients of all ages, including paediatric, adult and obstetric patients.
  • Mentor and supervise junior staff, including anaesthetic registrars and nursing staff.
  • Participate in clinical research projects and contribute to the development of new treatments and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Specialist registration with AHPRA as a Fellow of ANZCA.
  • IMGs eligible via the Competent Authority Pathway (training in the UK, USA, NZ, Canada or Ireland).
  • IMGs assessed by ANZCA College substantially comparable (doctors currently interviewing with ANZCA may express their interest).
  • Doctors that will soon hold Fellowship with ANZCA in the next 6 months.
  • Doctors suitable to arrive via Fast Track specialist pathway.
