Senior Employment Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Employment Lawyer to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients.

This role involves working closely with high-profile clients to navigate employment relationships and provide strategic counsel. Key responsibilities include:

  • Navigating complex employment law issues, including discrimination, workplace policies, redundancies, anti-discrimination, workplace investigations, contracts & agreements, harassment & bullying, and dispute resolution.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes to laws and regulations relating to employment.
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to manage employment-related risks.

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in employment law, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients at all levels.
