**Job Title: Education Counselor**
About this role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Education Counselor to join our team. As an Education Counselor, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their education goals, providing expert guidance and support throughout the process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients in understanding their education options and tailor solutions to meet their needs
- Convert leads into sales and meet or exceed set targets
- Follow up with existing and potential clients to achieve high levels of client satisfaction
- Liaise with internal and external parties, including students, parents, and education providers
- Maintain after-sale service engagement to increase retention
- Perform other relevant student service duties
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualification with a minimum Diploma or above
- Knowledge of university and college admission requirements
- At least 1 year of related working experience within the education or migration environment
- Ability to demonstrate sales achievement and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual speakers in English and Chinese, or English Cantonese preferred
**Benefits:**
This role offers:
- A competitive salary range from $50,000 per year
- Bonus and commission structures for meeting performance targets
- Part-time hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
**Experience:**
While prior experience in education and instruction occupations or counselling is preferred, we welcome applications from motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our team.
