Inclusion Support Additional Assistants

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Inclusion Support Additional Assistants. This rewarding role involves supporting Educators to help make a difference in a child's early education.

As an Inclusion Support Additional Assistant, you will have the opportunity to learn on the job and engage with energetic children as they explore their Kinder environment through play. You will work closely with our experienced Educators to provide high-quality support to children with varying needs, including some with a disability and high support requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Educators to deliver high-quality programs and services to children with varying needs
  • Engaging with children in play-based learning activities and providing individualized support as needed
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate IV in Education Support (or equivalent)
  • Working With Children Check (Victorian, Employee)
  • NDIS Workers Orientation Module certificate of completion
  • Policing Clearance (Gateways will facilitate this process)
