Cargo Aircraft Charter Sales Trainee Opportunity

We are seeking a highly driven individual to join our Cargo team as a Sales Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships with Cargo Operators and customers to ensure access to the widest range of aircraft available to provide solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research and build a list of potential customers through various channels.
  2. Proactively target your list through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits to convert potential customers to ACS customers.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with Cargo Operators to ensure access to a wide range of aircraft.
  4. Work to sales targets and meet financial objectives.
  5. Demonstrate expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process.
  6. Manage charter bookings from enquiry to completion.
  7. Present bespoke quotes to customers demonstrating good commercial acumen.
  8. Flight watch/oversee flight departures.

Requirements:

  1. Ability to adapt to situations and think of solutions fast.
  2. Good commercial judgement.
  3. Thrives working to targets and in a competitive working environment.
  4. Results-driven and goal-oriented.
  5. Excellent numeracy and communication skills.
  6. Ability to work independently but is a team player.
