Retail Banking Customer Experience Manager

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail banking environment.
- Have in-depth conversations with customers about their overall banking needs, including home loans, business banking and financial advice.
- Support customers with enquiries, account maintenance and applications for credit products.
- Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide options for customers through education and demonstration of in-branch technology and digital banking solutions.
- Problem-solve and provide effective solutions while championing our processes and procedures.
- Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in financial services, retail or hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate financial terms clearly.
- Ability to ask the right questions, find solutions and act with integrity while placing customers at the centre of everything you do.
- Ability to work in a busy, commercial and driven retail environment while seeing the big picture for customers and providing holistic solutions.
- Genuine interest in building a career that advances the financial wellbeing and lives of customers.
