About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Ezidebit AUS. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our digital recurring business-to-consumer payments processing platform to a range of inbound and outbound leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting outbound calls to cultivate leads and convert opportunities by exploring and understanding the clients' needs and challenges;
  • Building relationships with prospects and leveraging relationships with existing customers to grow new business;
  • Qualifying and engaging with inbound inquiries;
  • Couching customers on how to maximize the use of our services;
  • Generating referrals for new business by fostering strong relationships with new customers;
  • Working with a growing team to execute the sales strategy.
About You

  • Previous outbound telesales experience - prospecting/cold calling in a B2B environment;
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to make complexity easily understood;
  • Ability to make a clear connection between our product capabilities and our customers' business needs;
  • Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, supportive team;
  • Strong empathy and genuinely care about improving business practices for our customers;
  • Drive, ambition, and motivation to succeed;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • A keen interest in FinTech, Software, or Technology.
