Job Overview

Our team is seeking a skilled Senior Proposal Engineer to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing technical and commercial proposals for Solutions and Services offerings.

">">Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of detailed, customised proposals for Industrial Automation, Networks, and cybersecurity Services.
  • Accomplish proposal activities including technical assessment, risk identification and mitigation, proposal generation, approvals, and order entry.
  • Ensure proposals meet defined margin and compliance requirements.
  • Deliver accurate, professional proposals within expected timeframes.
">">Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in a network-related field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in proposal/project engineering within industrial automation. Additionally, they should have technical knowledge of automation technologies (PLCs, DCS, drives) and understanding of cost structures, pricing strategies, and margin analysis.
