Pediatric Occupational Therapy Career Opportunity

At Babies & Beyond Therapy Hub, we provide a holistic and nurturing environment where children and their families feel supported in becoming independent, confident, and resilient. Based in Brisbane, our practice treats children aged 0-8 with a family-centred approach, helping parents understand their child's sensory personality and address the unique challenges they face. Our Red Hill practice is fully wheelchair accessible and includes two sensory gyms to offer individualised support for each family.
Job Responsibilities
- Assess and treat children aged 0-10, developing individualised care plans and providing family-centered therapy.
- Conduct assessments, plan and deliver therapy sessions, and collaborate with families to address each child's unique needs and challenges.
- Maintain accurate records and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide on-site occupational therapy in Red Hill, QLD (full-time).
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Pediatrics
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with families and colleagues
- Relevant qualifications in Occupational Therapy with a focus on pediatric care
- Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred
- Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Current registration with the relevant professional body
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
