About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present information sessions for educators, parents, and other professionals to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Provide services under various government-funded programs, including the NDIS, DVA, WC, Medicare, PHN, Checkup, and Aged Care Packages.
  • Engage actively in weekly multi-disciplinary case conferences to discuss complex NDIS clients and develop tailored strategies for their support.
