We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer service professional to support the day-to-day movement of freight within their portfolio.

About the Role
  • This role is based out of our office and will be responsible for supporting and managing the day-to-day movement of freight.
  • The successful candidate will provide valuable insights into the movement of customer freight and potential issues to Major Account Managers to support the delivery of the best logistics experience.
  • The candidate will review and report on daily freight movements, resolve enquiries in a way that provides an excellent experience, and escalate priority issues when required relating to all aspects of accounts.
  • The candidate will build long-term relationships with dedicated account portfolios across a broad range of industries and national transport providers.
