Job Overview

KPMG specializes in helping clients solve complex challenges and achieve their goals. Our team of experts is seeking talented individuals to advise on government incentives and Grant services, working with innovative companies to identify and pursue relevant funding opportunities.


We have over 30 years of experience assisting companies to innovate and grow their business in Australia and international markets. Your role will involve reviewing financial information to identify eligible costs for government support, establishing relationships with key stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem, and advising clients on government incentives and Grant services.



Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue relevant government funding opportunities for clients in high-growth sectors such as agribusiness, renewables, resources, and critical minerals.
  • Review technical information to match salient parts to program funding requirements.
  • Analyse financial information to identify costs eligible for government support.
  • Support clients with dealings and responses with government bodies such as AusIndustry and Australian Tax Office.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem.


Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in engineering, science, commerce, law, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong work ethic and passion for R&D innovation.
  • At least 4 years of experience in R&D Tax Incentives & Grants.
