Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Consultant to join our team in Sydney. As a Tax Consultant, you will play a key role in helping businesses navigate complex tax matters and drive growth through effective tax planning.

The successful candidate will work with diverse clients across various industries, providing expert advice on tax compliance, financial statements, and business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing tax consulting services to privately owned corporate groups, trusts, and other entities.
  • Overseeing tax compliance, financial statements, and tax planning for extensive client groups featuring diverse entity types such as companies, partnerships, and individuals.
  • Working directly with senior specialists in delivering advice on intricate tax matters, including restructures, domestic transactions, capital gains tax, Division 7A, and specific trust issues.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Accounting, or Tax.
  • Minimum 5+ years experience providing Australian tax compliance or business advisory services to corporate entities, high-wealth individuals, and private family groups, preferably gained with a mid-tier or Big-4 firm in Australia.
