The Deal Advisory Tax team is a dynamic and fun group of professionals who deliver top-notch services to their clients. You will be part of a market leading team that works on significant deals in the Australian market, covering private equity, infrastructure, property, financial services, and more.

  • Tax due diligence is just one aspect of your job as a Senior Tax Consultant. You will also be involved in structuring advice, transaction document review, tax model reviews, post-deal integration, and ATO and FIRB correspondence.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong tax technical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment, supervise, and mentor junior staff members.
