About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Indirect Tax Professional to join our specialist advisory practice in Sydney or Melbourne.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in indirect tax, strong technical expertise, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Undertake research and analysis of various indirect tax legislation
  • Prepare timely and accurate GST and State Taxes consulting advice for clients
  • Provide support to partners on client portfolios across multiple industries
  • Collaborate with the wider team to deliver exceptional client outcomes on diverse projects
  • Build client relationships and identify opportunities to improve service delivery
  • Liaise with tax authorities on behalf of clients
Key Responsibilities

As an indirect tax professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality consulting services to clients
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in indirect tax legislation and regulations
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on indirect tax matters
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in indirect tax consulting
  • A degree in commerce or law and a CA or Master of Tax qualification
  • Strong technical expertise in indirect tax
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
