Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Data Insights Specialist. As a key member of our Workforce Planning team, you will play a crucial role in driving business performance through advanced analysis and scenario modelling.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality reporting and insights to stakeholders, using data science and AI technologies to optimise labour-related metrics. Your strong background in Data Analytics will serve as a foundation for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver insightful reports and analyses to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytical models to drive workforce planning
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Proven experience with programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
  • Proficiency in data science and AI technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with Power BI and other cloud services
  • Demonstrated ability to improve roster efficiency and utilisation within a complex organisation
