Job Overview

This role supports the HR Business Partners by delivering operational and project support across the employee lifecycle.

As a key point of contact, you will ensure timely and accurate HR service delivery to leaders and team members.

Key responsibilities include resolving frontline employee enquiries, coordinating national HR initiatives, and guiding leaders with relevant tools and advice.

  • Timely resolution of HR queries and requests
  • On-time delivery of HR reports and project tasks
  • Positive feedback from business leaders

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in HR roles, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance matters
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
