Electronics Technical Director

This is a challenging technical leadership position where you will direct a team in developing innovative AC/DC and DC/DC converter solutions for next-generation applications.
The ideal candidate will have experience in power electronics design, particularly high-voltage (up to several kV) and high-frequency conversion. They will also have a proven track record of developing AC/DC and DC/DC converters and proficiency with power electronics simulation and design tools.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the design, simulation, and development of high-voltage, high-frequency AC/DC and DC/DC power converters.
- Determine system architecture and topologies for efficient, reliable, and scalable power solutions.
- Perform detailed circuit design, modelling, and simulation using SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar.
- Drive design optimization for thermal performance, efficiency, EMC/EMI, and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of engineers, promoting innovation and excellence.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related discipline.
- Proven experience in power electronics design, specifically high-voltage (up to several kV) and high-frequency conversion.
- Strong track record developing AC/DC and DC/DC converters.
- Proficiency with power electronics simulation and design tools.
