Commercial Support Specialist

The role of the Commercial Support Specialist plays a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and efficient handling of tasks within the commercial department.
This individual will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, facilitating communication within the team and with external stakeholders, and optimising the commercial team's effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement procedures to effectively handle billing discrepancies and performance-related disputes, ensuring timely resolution.
- Manage the end-to-end tender process, including documentation and coordination with stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, working closely with airlines and the finance team.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage last-minute itinerary changes for Commercial team members.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to forecast expenses and identify opportunities to minimise potential overspending.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a commercial or finance environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with billing or CRM software is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
