Job Overview:

We are seeking a Commercial Support Specialist to join our business in Sydney. As a key member of our commercial operations, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

  • Key Responsibilities: Ensure accuracy of data and efficient workflow processes/VOS.
  • Supplier Partnerships: Collaborate with Suppliers to navigate Woolworths systems including Partner Hub.
  • Data Management: Investigate, problem solve and implement resolutions for data discrepancies enabling the Commercial team to perform at a high level.
  • Master Data Governance: Work collaboratively with Operations and Logistics teams to identify concerns and resolve underlying master data issues, reducing downstream problems such as stock issues, claims, non-compliance, etc.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Administrative Experience: Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Willingness to learn and collaborate with the wider team and adapt with changing conditions.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong attention to detail and proficient with Excel and Google Suite.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills, verbal and written communication skills.
