This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in capture management and take on a senior leadership role within our organization.

\

As a seasoned professional, you will have a proven track record in executing major captures in a competitive environment. Your responsibilities will include developing and approving your Capture Strategy, defining win strategies, and building relationships at a senior management level.

\

The ideal candidate will have a background in major captures within the maritime domain, with solid experience working in defence and secure government environments. They will also have an established network within the defence and secure government markets and strong collaboration ethos with both internal and external stakeholders.

\

In this role, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team to secure a substantial lead role relating to T&E in Australia. You will be accountable for delivering the order intake and order intake pipeline in accordance with the expectations stated in the campaign objectives.

\
