Senior Capture Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned capture management professional to lead our Engineering Services team. The successful candidate will develop and execute a strategic plan, building relationships with senior stakeholders and driving long-term outcomes.

  • Develop and approve a comprehensive strategy, including associated business development investments.
  • Define winning strategies, value propositions, and partnership models that maximize competitive advantage and align with customer mission objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships at a senior management level and provide support and insight to the capture team.
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary capture team to secure a leading role in the follow-on contract.
  • Influence customer requirements, procurement strategies, and acquisition approaches to align with company capabilities and strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in hands-on execution of major captures in a competitive terrain.

  • Relevant experience of winning business with customers and industrial partners in a demonstrably similar environment.
  • Eligibility for Australian Defence security clearance.
