About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Lead for Cardiovascular Care at Healthscope. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and collaborative individual to lead quality improvement initiatives and provide expert care in our Cath Lab.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement evidence-based standards of care, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive quality improvement projects and achieve desired outcomes
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth operation of services
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among nursing staff
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a cardiac or cath lab setting, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong clinical expertise, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree in Nursing, current AHPRA registration, and Working with Children check
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Cardiac Care (desired)
