Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical management and second-in-charge of the aged care facility
  • Daily clinical oversight of the facility
  • Providing support and direction to staff members
  • Ensuring accreditation guidelines are met
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Working experience across residential aged care
  • Recent experience in a similar role as a Care Manager or Clinical Coordinator
  • Strong communication skills
What We Offer

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a team, provide continuous clinical care, and maintain a positive, collaborative culture and environment. You will also be supported by our central head office with additional resources available.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
