As a Graphic Design Lead, you will be part of a fast-paced team that encourages creativity and self-expression. This exciting opportunity will see you guiding and inspiring the Graphic Design team while overseeing the creative execution of brand-aligned visual content.

You will provide creative direction, mentorship, and support to designers, ensuring all artwork upholds brand guidelines and style standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and guide the design team across multiple projects, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Lead conversations and briefs with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.
  • Protect and uphold the brand identity, ensuring all touchpoints align with the creative vision and guidelines.
  • Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while providing quality feedback to key stakeholders.
  • Nurture positive relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and store teams, driving collaboration and commercial success.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, including designers and buyers, to deliver high-quality design outcomes.
About You:
  • Proven experience in leading teams and delivering creative visual design solutions.
  • Formal qualifications in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) on Mac OS.
  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft applications, with skills in typography and image retouching.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Outstanding time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt in fast-paced environments.
