Job Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated and experienced professionals to join our team as Disability Support workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care to clients with diverse needs and abilities
  • Assisting clients in accessing the community with independence and dignity
  • Assessing and meeting the individual needs of clients through collaborative planning and coordination
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality services

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV or above in Disability or a related field
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Clearance and Orientation Module
  • Three doses of Covid-19 vaccine
  • Two professional references and a valid Driver's License
  • Comprehensive Insurance coverage
