Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

The organisation is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will have strong HR expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and train managers on people issues and provide them with the necessary tools and knowledge to lead and manage their teams effectively.
  • Develop effective working relationships with senior managers to shape and deliver people plans that support business objectives.
  • Provide regular people metrics to communicate progress against key HR targets.
  • Offer strategic advice and operational support across the business to improve efficiency and empower individuals.
  • Support organisational change by influencing and advising on people and cultural aspects.
  • Educate employees on organisational policies, processes, systems, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Recognised tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Experience within a mining or heavy industry environment.
  • Sound understanding of industrial instruments and employment law.
  • Highly organised and solutions-focused professional who can thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering business-focused HR advice.
